Artist's note: Big Red, nicknamed Grasshopper, belongs to Ed, a saddlemaker in Crowell, Texas. He uses him often when dayworking. Ed says this horse is one of his best roping horses. The background is from the Caprock Canyonland area around Quitaque, Texas.
