Artist's note: I love all animals, especially young ones. Their innocence and curiosity are part of what I find inspiring. This filly belongs to a friend of mine, and I loved the gesture and pose of her reaching around to scratch herself. Her name is Pepto's Royal Bet, aka Betsy.
