Artist's note: Ed, nicknamed Grasshopper, and a fellow named Randy (who works for Waggoner Ranch) kept their horses on our 30 acres. I caught the horses napping and swatting flies by the water tub one lazy afternoon under our big pecan tree. The colors and the motion created an artistic composition.
