Collection: Robyn Cook

Growing up on a small farm in Ozark, Missouri, Robyn was almost always riding horses. If she wasn’t riding, she would be drawing. “I used to spend hours looking through books and magazines, admiring other artists’ work. I knew that one day I wanted to be an artist,” says Robyn.

Being self-taught has made for a long road, but Robyn is more than up for the challenge: “Every time I start a new drawing, I want to find a way to do a better job than I did on the last.”

Capturing the personality and attitude of her subjects, Robyn wants people to smile when they see her drawings. Speaking on her artistic career, she says, “I have met some wonderful people and made many new friends…that has been more rewarding than anything else.”
