Shawn Cameron

Shawn’s artwork is inspired by her family’s 150-year, 6-generation Arizona ranch life. Her subjects are real and sharing their story is her passion. Familiar with multiple mediums since childhood, the mentoring of friends and admired professionals helped her grow as an artist.

Her work has been featured in numerous magazines and she’s participated in prestigious shows across the west. Shawn has received many honors over her 30-year career, including the 2022 Steel Dust Award at “America’s Horse in Art Show & Sale,” the 2020 “Museum Purchase” at “Cowgirl Up! Art From the Other Side of the West,” and is an Honorary Artist Member of the Mountain Oyster Club.

She and her husband, Dean, live in Pine, Arizona where she enjoys a studio adjacent to the barn and horse pasture.
